ABOUT ROBOTIC VISION
Dear viewers BANNARI AMMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Conducting Faculty Development program. The field of robot vision guidance is developing rapidly. The benefits of sophisticated vision technology include savings, improved quality, reliability, safety and productivity. Robot vision is used for part identification and navigation.
Vision applications generally deal with finding a part and orienting it for robotic handling or inspection before an application is performed. Sometimes vision guided robots can replace multiple mechanical tools with a single robot station.
FDP TOPICS
- Fundamentals of Medical Image Processing & soft computing
- Applications of wavelet transform & soft computing techniques in MIP for CT and mammogram images
- Fundamentals of robotic vision, 3D vision and motion analysis
Faculty from AICTE approved Engineering Colleges, Polytechnics and participants from Industries and R&D organizations can apply. Number of participants is restricted to 40. The selection process will be done on first come first serve basis.
REGISTRATION
All the participants have to pay the registration fee by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Principal, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology”, payable at Sathyamangalam. Registration fee includes registration kit and working lunch. Accommodation will be provided on payment basis.
