RATIONALE OF THE PROGRAM
Dear viewers SNS Group of Institutions conducting faculty development program. Nowadays the teachers face many challenges in teaching the diversified student community. This program aims to help participants understand better these challenges and to equip themselves with the required tools to be successful teachers and to help them groom the students to achieve great heights.
- To lead and inspire innovative teaching that promotes meaningful learning and student success.
- To build a Powerful Learning and Teaching Environment/Experience.
- To advance and translate the scholarship of teaching and learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Faculty members with less than 5 years in Teaching and Learning process from any Engineering/Arts/Polytechnic colleges are eligible to apply
FEE PARTICULARS
Registration Fee : Rs.300/-
(Registration fee includes certificates, materials, lunch and refreshment)
MODE OF APPLICATION
Interested faculty members can submit their applications in the prescribed format along
with DD of Rs 300/- in the favor of “The Principal, SNS College of Engineering” payable at Coimbatore, through post or in person on or before 6th July2017. The Number of Participants for the programme is limited to 30 members on first come first serve basis.
