Dear viewers VIT UNIVERSITY Conducting National workshop.This workshop on Structural Equation Modeling; Mediation and Moderation using Smart - PLS
The purpose of the workshop is to provide:
- Ground knowledge understanding on Structural Equation Modeling– as applied in management and behavioural sciences research
- Knowledge of formative and reflective constructs
- Understanding on mediation and moderation analysis
- Evaluation of measurement results
- Faculty Members from Schools of Business management, Social Sciences and Humanities
- Research scholars
- Corporate Delegates focusing on Research and Development
